What's included in monthly management?

Hosting, SSL and security updates, daily uptime and performance monitoring, and up to 2 content changes per month: new photos, updated hours, seasonal offers, whatever you need. We also keep the technical side current with what Google measures: structured data, sitemap freshness, and Core Web Vitals, which is what stops rankings from quietly decaying over time. You text us the change and it's usually live the same day.

Do you work with businesses that already have a website?

Absolutely. We start with a free audit that scores your current site on the same things Google measures: speed, mobile experience, local search signals, and whether AI tools like ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews can find and cite you. Then you get a straight answer with proof: fix what's broken, or rebuild it right. Either way, you see the exact problems before you commit to anything.

How does ad management work?

Two models: Ads Management is a flat monthly retainer. Lead Flow is pay-per-lead: you only pay for qualified customers. Both include full campaign management.

Is there a contract?

Ad management (Ads Management or Lead Flow) is month to month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Websites launch with a care plan that keeps your site hosted, secure, and maintained, so the site you invested in still performs a year later. You own your domain, content, and brand from day one, and if you ever want to take the site fully in-house, a buyout option is written into every agreement.

Do you work with businesses outside of Colorado?

ProxMedia is Colorado-based and primarily serves Colorado businesses, but we've worked with clients remotely and can handle any US-based business. Our process is fully online, so location is never a blocker.

Do you build websites in my area?

Denver is home base. We build across the metro and the whole Front Range: Aurora, Littleton, Castle Rock, Lone Tree, Cherry Creek, plus Greeley, Loveland, Johnstown, and Fort Collins. If you run a service business anywhere on the Front Range, we build for you, and you get someone who already knows the market you're selling into: who's outranking you right now, and what your customers type when the furnace quits on a Sunday night.
