We report the things that connect to the phone: which queries you appeared for and where, read per page rather than off a site-wide average, what the ads cost per lead, and what came in through the form and the phone. When a change is inside the noise, the report says so instead of claiming a win.
You keep your own analytics, your own ad account and your own Search Console. The list of things we will not do, including buying links and marking up our own reviews, is on the marketing agency page. It costs us deals and we keep it.
