ProxMedia ("we," "us") is a web presence agency based in Greeley, Colorado. This policy explains what information we collect through proxmedia.co and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or book a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you include in your message.
• Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). We use Sentry to capture technical errors. These tools may set cookies or collect device identifiers.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request
• To operate, secure, and improve the website
• To send you information you've asked for — we don't sell your information to anyone, ever

Who we share it with

Only service providers that make the site work: form processing (Web3Forms), hosting (Vercel), analytics (Google), error monitoring (Sentry), and scheduling (Calendly, if you book a call). Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We never sell or rent personal information.

Data retention

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to serve you or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including access, correction, and deletion of personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email isaiah@proxmedia.co.
